• The return address is on the return form. Return items must be returned in original packaging with a franked delivery to return address.
• You will receive the return amount within 14 days after we receive the return item.
• Exchanging with an item that has the same price is possible by returning the return item and indicating below which item you want to receive.
• Exchanging an item that is cheaper is possible by returning the article and indicating below which item you want to receive and we will refund the excess amount paid.
• Exchanging an item that is more expensive is possible by returning the article and indicating on the return form which item you want to receive, we will send you the item with invoice so that you can pay the difference afterwards.
